Return / Exchange Policy

 

Our return/exchange policy lasts 2 WEEKS from the day you receive your rack. If more than 2 WEEKS have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be UNUSED and returned in the SAME PACKAGING AND CONDITION that you received it. We are happy to offer exchanges for items you receive that 1) have a manufacturing defect, AND 2) are reported and returned within 2 WEEKS.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (see below for more information).

 

Returns

If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, you may only be granted a partial refund. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within ten business days.

If you haven’t received a refund within ten business days, first check your bank account to confirm. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us using our online contact form.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us using our online contact form.

 

Custom Racks

Unfortunately, custom racks cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own non-refundable shipping costs for returning your item to us.

If you are shipping an item valued at over $75 USD, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
